Affordable Housing Incentive Creates Tension On County Council — Sponsors of a bill that would give a tax break to developers who include 25 percent affordable housing units in their projects weren’t happy when Councilmember Roger Berliner (D-Bethesda-Potomac) moved to table the bill during Tuesday’s session.
