Expect residual delays on Metro’s Red Line after track work

WASHINGTON – Metro is no longer single tracking on the Red Line between the Friendship Heights and Van Ness stations.

Metro crews replaced a 39-foot section of broken rail outside the Tenleytown Station.

Red Line customers should expect residual delays.
