Two men stabbed at Woodley Park Metro Station

Update, 11/17/12, 10:03 a.m. – Police say they have several suspects in custody.

WASHINGTON, 11/17/12, 8:47 am – Two men were stabbed in the District early Saturday morning.

D.C. police say they received a report of a stabbing around 1:30 a.m. and found two men with stab wounds inside the Woodley Park Metro Station. A third victim had a broken nose.

The man who was stabbed in the chest died at the hospital. The other was stabbed in the face, but his condition is unknown.

Police say it is not clear where the crime actually occurred or what caused the assault. They say they do not have any suspects at this time. Police say the station is now open after a brief closure as they investigated the stabbings.
