Hours vary depending on the day, and admission into the grounds is free. Ride tickets range from $1 for a single ride to $40 for 48 tickets. Check the website for complete information.

The Prince William County Fair also kicks off this weekend. Highlights include camels, paintball and a clown circus. The festival runs through Aug. 18, but this Sunday admission is half price. Otherwise tickets are $8 for adults 14 to 59 years old and $5 for kids 13 and younger. Unlimited ride wristbands are also available for $16 to $20 depending on the day. If you’re able to sneak out of work early, head down to the monthly Truckeroo Food Truck Festival Friday. It goes until 11 p.m. and features the best street vendors in the region, including Lobster Truck DC, Curbside Cupcake and Tasty Kabob. Follow the trucks on Twitter to see what they’re serving and to catch them in other parts of town. Truckeroo is located across from the Navy Yard Metro Station. Admission is free.

D.C. Beer Week launches Sunday with the annual three-hour beer cruise down the Potomac River. A buffet and dancing will accompany the dozens of breweries pouring out their booze. The cruise departs at 5 p.m. from the Gangplank Marina and costs $125. There will be more than 180 separate events throughout the week, so check the website for a full list of where to find your favorite brew.
