Road rage in Temple Hills involved gunfire, hit-and-run

TEMPLE HILLS, Md. – Prince George’s County Police are investigating a case of road road rage that involved gunfire and a hit-and-run.

Police say two cars were driving side-by-side northbound on Branch Avenue around 2:15 a.m. Tuesday.

The suspects in the first car shot at the second and repeatedly slammed into the side of it, causing it to crash at the exit ramp to southbound Interstate 95 in Temple Hills.

The driver of the second car was struck by the gunfire and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A passenger in that car suffered minor injuries in the crash.

Police are still looking for the gunmen and their car.
