- Trash pickup pushed back a day.
- No parking meter enforcement.
Virginia
- State offices closed.
- Courts, schools and libraries closed.
- Holiday parking regulations in effect.
- Regular trash pickup, except Alexandria and Fairfax City where collections are pushed back a day.
Maryland
- State offices, courts and libraries closed.
- Parking meters free in Montgomery and Prince George’s counties, except the New Carrollton garage. Parking fees in effect in Anne Arundel and Howard counties.
- Trash pickups in Montgomery County pushed back a day.
Sprawl and Crawl
- HOV – No HOV restrictions on I-66 and 395.
- Metrorail – Saturday schedule with lots of track work.
- MARC – No Service.
- VRE – No Service.
- Ride-On – Holiday schedule.
- Prince George’s The Bus – Regular schedule.
- ART – 41, 42, 51, and 87 will operate on Saturday schedules. All other ART routes will not operate.
- Fairfax Connector – Holiday schedule.
- Fairfax CUE Bus – Modified weekday schedule.
- Loudoun County Transit – Limited schedule
- DASH – Saturday service.
- PRTC Omniride – Modified holiday schedule
