Two men injured after shooting in Alexandria

WASHINGTON – Two men were injured after someone fired a gun into their car as they were pulling into a parking space in Alexandria.

Fairfax County police say the shooting occurred in the 7900 block of Janna Lee Avenue around 12:15 a.m. Saturday.

Two men in the car were injured.

One victim, a 22-year-old Alexandria man was hit in the lower leg.

The other victim, a 28-year-old Woodbridge man was hit in the lower body and upper leg.

Police did not release information on a suspect.
