2 stabbed near D.C. high school

WASHINGTON — On Monday, the first day of school in the District, two men were stabbed near a D.C. high school.

They were attacked across the street from Coolidge High School in Northwest at about 3:30 p.m.

D.C. Public Schools says the victims were not students.

Both are in the hospital, and there is no word yet on their conditions. Authorities have not yet released the names of the victims.
