WASHINGTON — Folks near the White House Friday afternoon may have seen a little more than they bargained for — a man taking off his clothes and getting arrested, naked.
The U.S. Secret Service says a man approached officers around 3 p.m. and took off his clothes. Michel Bechard was acting combative, they say, and officers tried to calm him down, but eventually he was arrested.
Bechard was charged with two counts of assault and one count of indecent exposure. He suffered minor injuries during the arrest and was taken to a hospital.
