Hoops tourney fights crime one shot at a time

Montgomery County kids faced off on the basketball court Saturday during the 2nd Annual Audacity of Hoops 3-on-3 youth basketball tournament. The tourney aims to curb youth violence that has plagued the downtown Silver Spring area.
