Study: Millions of lives saved from anti-tobacco campaigns, laws

A new study finds that since a landmark Surgeon General's report on smoking was released in 1964, more than eight million lives have been saved through anti-tobacco efforts from cigarette taxes to programs to help Americans kick the habit.
