Fog advisory in effect for most of WTOP listening area

The National Weather Service issued the advisory until 10 a.m. Thursday for much of Maryland and Virginia around the D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas. Visibility is reduced to a quarter of a mile or less, NWS reports.
