Prince George's County State's Attorney Angela Alsobrooks says the case of a Laurel High School student who made 'credible threats' to harm others is the latest example of why Maryland lawmakers must pass legislation to make such threats a crime.
"We think a potentially, very dangerous situation was averted," Pete Piringer, a spokesman for the City of Laurel, told WTOP. "We do believe he did have access to guns."
