D.C. mayor holds first breakfast since Thomas' resignation

D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray is holding his monthly breakfast meeting with members of the D.C. Council. This is the first time the Executive has met with the legislative arm of the District government since former Councilmember Harry Thomas resigned. WTOP's Mark Segraves is tweeting from the meeting.
