Caps' Alzner tries coaching to fill free time during NHL lockout

The NHL Lockout can't keep the Capitals' Karl Alzner from the hockey rink. In addition to spending more time with his family in Canada, training with friends and teammmates and now coaching are helping to fill his days while Alzner and the rest of the Capitals wait for a resolution.
