Gray campaign aide admits to paying off other D.C. candidates

Thomas W. Gore plead guilty to a felony count of obstruction Tuesday morning, and told the court that he destroyed a spiral bound notebook that documented the payments he fed to former mayoral candidate Sulaimon Brown.
