Missing search and rescue dog found

A search and rescue dog that went missing Thursday has been found and reunited with his handler. Vito, a 3-year-old black German Shepherd, is a member of the Fairfax County Urban search and rescue team. Vito's handler says she's been smiling and crying at the same time since he got home.
