Howard Co. names Foose school superintendent

Renee A. Foose, deputy superintendent of Baltimore County Public Schools, has been selected as the superintendent in Howard County. She will be the first woman to hold the position. Meanwhile, another candidate for the Howard County slot has been named superintendent in Baltimore County.
