Student, 18, charged with assaulting teacher

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office says a student at Tuscarora High School has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a teacher. Eighteen-year-old Dale Weeks of Frederick has been charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and disrupting school activities.
