Md. drivers prepare for new traffic patterns

The Intercounty Connector from I-270 to I-95 is about to reach U.S. Rt. 1 in Laurel. Friday night, work crews will begin putting the finishing touches on the final section of the toll highway. At the same time, crews will begin to open the I-95 Konterra Drive interchange, formerly Contee Road. Both should be available for Monday morning rush hour.

Local students experience 'Interstellar' at Smithsonian
