Learning love in high school
Didn't we all?? But this time it's learning from a play. Fauquier High School is presenting the romantic comedy "Almost, Maine" on January 13, 14, 20, and 21 at 7 p.m. and January 15 at 2 p.m. in the Addison Lightfoot Auditorium. Almost, Maine tells the stories of nine couples in various stages of their relationships, all in a remote town in northern Maine called Almost. Tee'ing up for the neediest kids
Professional Golf in the form of The Nationwide Tour of the PGA is headed to Potomac. The Neediest Kids Championship presented by Under Armour will be played Oct. 1-7 at TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm. Neediest Kids is a nonprofit organization that helps low-income students in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia gain increased confidence, dignity and self esteem by assuring they receive the basic essentials they need so they can get the education they deserve.
