'Pull 'Em Up' campaign attempting to stop saggy pants

The Take Charge Program, a nonprofit based in Forestville, Md., has decided to help students pull up their pants by collecting and distributing belts at various locations in Prince George's County like Northwestern High. They are calling the initiative "Pull 'Em Up" campaign.
