WASHINGTON - The Tom Cruise flyboy classic "Top Gun" is back in theaters this weekend only for its 25th anniversary, and it's bringing back a lot of memories.
For us, those memories include playing the soundtrack in the car until the tape wore out.
Listen to the opening riff from Kenny Loggins' "Danger Zone," and tell us it doesn't put you right back in the cockpit with Maverick and Goose.
The best movie soundtracks are transporting, whether it's to the skies over the Indian Ocean, or "Somewhere Over the Rainbow."
And we'll bet for many movie fans, their favorite movie soundtracks can't help but evoke memories of childhood. Aren't those the songs that stick with us most?
Tell us your favorite movie soundtrack. Use the hashtag #bestmoviesoundtrack. And see you at the movies!
