By this point in the NCAA tournament, your bracket is probably severely busted and you’re dead last in your office pool. Still, there are reasons for you to cheer as the tourney moves on, with plenty of players (and coaches) with ties to D.C., Maryland and Virginia taking the court in the Sweet 16.
