Second course items allow customers the choice of side dishes such as white rice, prosciutto, smoked salmon, mashed potatoes or fried polenta. And finally, third course items delve into the meaty part of the meal, with choices like Picanha (top sirloin), Costela de Boi beef ribs), Carneiro (leg of lamb) or Lombinho com Parmesao (pork loin with parmesan cheese).
