Police seeking suspect in BB gun shooting

PARKTON, Md. (AP) — Baltimore County Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man they say shot another man in the face with a BB gun during a domestic dispute in a high school parking lot.

Police say 24-year-old Ernesto Alexander Piche is wanted on assault, motor vehicle theft and other charges.

Police say the victim, a man in his 50s, had been arguing with his ex-wife in a parking lot Wednesday night outside Hereford High School in Parkton.

Police say Piche, the ex-wife’s boyfriend, then pistol-whipped the victim and shot him with the BB gun. Piche drove off, hitting a car before driving into a tree and fleeing on foot.

Police are still searching for Piche. No phone number is listed for Piche.
