BALTIMORE (AP) -- Police in Baltimore are identifying a father and son they say are the city's first homicide victims this year.
Officers were called to Edmondson Avenue on Wednesday afternoon for a report of a double shooting.
Police say 48-year-old Frank Turner and his 21-year-old son, Anthony, were approached by an unknown person, who shot at them, striking each several times. They were both pronounced dead at an area hospital a short time later.
Police have not released a suspect description, but they say since the shooting took place on a busy street in the middle of the day, they hope someone saw something.
Police could not comment on a motive for the shooting.
