WOODLAWN, Md. - Baltimore County police say a car has crashed into a child care center in Woodlawn, but no one was in the building when the vehicle came barreling inside the facility.
Police and fire crews were called to the Joy of Learning Center in Woodlawn just before 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Police say an initial investigation indicates the car swerved to avoid another vehicle and veered into the parking lot then crashed into the building. A woman who was driving the vehicle was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
