CINCINNATI (AP) -- The Bengals have taken Ohio State offensive tackle Reid Fragel with the first of their two picks in the seventh round of the NFL draft.
He's the second offensive lineman taken by the Bengals in the draft. They took guard Tanner Hawkinson from Kansas in the fifth round.
Fragel played tight end for his first three seasons at Ohio State. He moved to right tackle his senior season and started all 12 games.
The Bengals solidified their line by signing right tackle Andre Smith to a three-year deal on Friday night, bringing their line back intact from last season. Smith had been an unrestricted free agent.
