At trip to The National Gallery of Art's 19th-Century French Galleries recently reopened to the public after two years of repair, restoration, and renovation. West Building of National Gallery. The National Gallery of Art, located on the National Mall between 3rd and 7th Streets at Constitution Avenue NW, is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
