What has two floors and two restaurant personalities in one??

That would be the new Market Tavern in Clarendon! It used to be Harry's Tap Room and the man who opened that in 2003 Michael Sternberg has transformed it into something new "Market Tavern" for one of the busiest restaurant scenes in the area.
