Reaching out and helping with reading!
WTOP has donated to the Heart of America Foundation in order to provide new books to five classrooms at H.D. Cooke Elementary School in DC. WTOP News Anchors, reporters, writers, editors, traffic anchors, sales account executives, and managers also read to the students at H.D. Cooke on October 6 and presenting a Heroes of the Heart Award to one of the students.
