ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Gov. Martin O'Malley will begin honoring Hispanic Heritage Month by attending a celebration for El Salvador's independence.
O'Malley is scheduled to go to the Salvadoran embassy in Washington on Friday night for the event.
The governor will be joined by Ruben Zamora, the ambassador of El Salvador to the United States.
