ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Prosecutors have dropped nine charges, including first- degree murder, against a Glen Burnie teenager in a fatal shooting during a botched robbery of a convenience store.

The Capital of Annapolis ( reports that prosecutors said Tuesday that they lacked physical evidence in the case against 19-year-old Shawn Johnson in the 2010 slaying of 48-year-old Youssef Attia at a 7-Eleven in Glen Burnie.
