ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Anne Arundel County police are investigating after two people were seen breaking into vehicles at a car dealership in Annapolis.
Police say the men used bolt cutters and other tools to cut catalytic converters out of two cars at Fitzgerald Cadillac early Christmas morning.
One of the men, 35-year-old John Johnson of Washington, was arrested after he got caught in a fence as he tried to climb over it. The second suspect remains at large.
An unoccupied tow truck with the engine running was found nearby and was seized.
