Many chefs shop at a local Farmers Market for fresh locally grown produce. But how many also take a trip to their roof to pick really fresh herbs, flowers and produce? One is Chef Aaron McCloud of Cedar DC who has created a roof garden on the top floor of the Penn Quarter building that houses his restaurant. We took a trip up the elevator see his green thumb in action.
