WASHINGTON - While filling in for Kathie Lee Gifford on the fourth hour of the "Today" show, veteran broadcaster Meredith Vieira accidentally dropped an s-bomb on live TV.
The show was just returning from a commercial break when the cameras caught Vieira in the moment she dropped her cue cards, looked down at them and said, "Oh, sh*t."
The slip wasn't censored on the East Coast, which showed colleagues Hoda Kotb and Al Roker laughing as they try to keep the show moving forward with a story about weight loss.
Vieira, whose broadcast career has spanned 37 years, says it wasn't the first time she's slipped a swear on air. It was the second.
Gotta love live TV.
