WASHINGTON - A great cup of coffee is as much a work of art as it is a delicious drink.
But with so many places in the world that are known for their coffee, it can be hard to narrow them all down into a list of ultimate destinations for java lovers.
That's where U.S. News and World Report's "Best Cities for Coffee Lovers" list comes in handy. The list narrows down 11 cities that are nirvana for java aficionados:
- Istanbul, Turkey
- Paris, France
- Tel Aviv, Israel
- Kailua-Kona, Big Island, Hawaii
- Seattle, Wash.
- Melbourne, Australia
- Havana, Cuba
- Lisbon, Portugal
- Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Santa Marķa de Dota, Costa Rica
- Rome, Italy
Unfortuately, D.C. is not on the list, so a plane ticket may be required to get to coffee heaven.
