WASHINGTON - After the pundits have their way with the actual substantive content, the true test of a debate's success can begin to emerge.
Much has been made of Joe Biden's body language at Thursday night's vice presidential debate with Paul Ryan. The Associated Press describes his incredulous response to some of Ryan's statements as a laugh, chuckle, grimace, grin, smirk or even a "goofy face."
But as with all true debate appraisals, interpretation lies with the beholder.
The vice president's pearly whites have gained enough notoriety to have their own Twitter following:
