WASHINGTON (AP) - It's the last day to pay lower fees for driver's licenses and other permits in the District of Columbia.
A variety of fees at the city's Department of Motor Vehicles increase on Saturday. Among the increases: residential parking permits for most people will go up from $15 to $25, and the fee to obtain a duplicate driver's license goes from $7 to $20.
