(AP) - THE NEWS: HSBC won a legal bid to clear out anti-capitalist protesters from a public space below the bank's Asian headquarters in Hong Kong. A judge ruled that the activists must leave by Aug. 27.
THE BACKGROUND: Occupy activists have been living at the site since Oct. 15, with their numbers dwindling to about a dozen from more than 200 at the height of the movement.
WHAT'S NEXT: The activists, who have outlasted many other Occupy encampments around the world, have vowed not to budge.
