Oil falls near $90 per barrel on economic concern

NEW YORK (AP) - The price of oil fell 2.2 percent Friday after disappointing U.S. corporate earnings and a drop in existing home sales renewed worries about the global economy.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange:
_ Benchmark crude fell $2.05 to end at $90.05 per barrel.
_ Heating oil fell 5.21 cents to end at $3.1345 per gallon.
_ Wholesale gasoline dropped 4.88 cents to end at $2.6963 per gallon.
_ Natural gas rose 3 cents to end at $3.617 per 1,000 cubic feet.
On the ICE Futures exchange in London:
Brent crude fell $2.28, or 2 percent, to finish the day at $110.14 a barrel.
