Man, 40, shot to death in Riverdale

RIVERDALE, Md. - Prince George's County police have identified a 40-year-old man who was found shot to death inside a home in Riverdale.
Police arrived at the home around 4 p.m. Wednesday after being asked to check on the welfare of the occupant. Ivan Alvaro Aguirre-Herrera was found inside and pronounced dead.
Detectives are trying to identify suspects and a motive in the slaying.
