Woman missing in Prince George’s County

WASHINGTON – A Prince George’s County woman has gone missing.

Barbara Battle, 69, was last seen on Saturday, July 28 at 12 p.m., when she was leaving the unit block of West Mill Avenue in Capitol Heights.

The Prince George’s County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating her. She is described as a black female, 5’3″ weighing around 215 pounds with gray and black hair.

She was wearing a blue-and-white blouse with 3/4-length sleeves and khaki pants. Police say she has Alzheimer’s disease.

Police are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the District III Investigative Section of the Prince George’s County Police Department at 301- 772-4901.
