Peter O'Toole's big break came in David Lean's blockbuster epic "Lawrence of Arabia" which launched his rise to global stardom.
After a career that spanned over 60 years and dozens of films, the actor with piercing blue eyes retired last year. He won four Golden Globes and an Emmy and received an Honorary Academy Award for his distinctive body of work.
O'Toole died Saturday in London at age 81.
