WASHINGTON - They're the songs you probably never want to hear again -- the songs that dominated the airwaves this year. But it turns out that when they're jammed together end-to-end in a minute's time, they're pretty awesome.
YouTube user Chad Neidt is known for his "one-minute mashups," which have included a minute's worth of "Songs That Repeat the Word Baby," "Songs About the End of the World" and more.
And in his latest creation, via Gawker's Sploid blog, he plays bits of the 20 most overplayed songs of 2013 -- "Best Song Ever," "Get Lucky" and more -- on his acoustic guitar, end-to-end, in one minute.
If you have to ask why someone would do this -- well, never mind.
