RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - The first trailer for director Steven Spielberg's movie about Abraham Lincoln is being revealed.

"Lincoln" set to open in some theaters Nov. 9 and expand nationally on Nov. 16.

Spielberg and actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who played Robert Todd Lincoln, are set to reveal the trailer Thursday evening in an online event.

The movie filmed in Virginia stars actor Daniel Day-Lewis as Lincoln and also features Sally Field as Mary Todd Lincoln.

Supporting actors include Tommy Lee Jones, James Spader and David Strathairn.

Officials said the production employed more than 400 Virginia crew members and staff as well as about 1,200 actors and extras. The Virginia Film Office said the economic impact for the Richmond and Petersburg areas was more than $64 million.
