BEL AIR, Md. - Netflix is looking for a few good extras to play Washington citizens, reporters, Capitol Hill staffers and military roles for its upcoming political series "House of Cards."
An open casting call is being held Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Bel Air Armory. The series starring Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright has been filming in Harford County, Baltimore and elsewhere.
The show deals with politics and is set in Washington.
Now producers are seeking "elegant Washington types" and "military types" as well as political staffers, reporters, politicians, lobbyists, teenagers and "blue collar worker types."
Those trying out for a role are asked to bring a current headshot photograph.
