Men's Final: No. 2 Andy Murray defeated No. 1 Novak Djokovic 6-4, 7-5, 6-4 to become the first British man to win Wimbledon since Fred Perry in 1936.
Mixed Doubles Final: No. 8 Daniel Nestor and Kristina Mladenovic overcame two match points to defeat No. 1 Bruno Soares and Lisa Raymond, 5-7, 6-2, 8-6.
Boys Final: No. 6 Gianluigi Quinzi beat Chung Hyeon, 7-5, 7-6 (2).
Stat of the Day: 77 -- Years since a British man last won the crown at Wimbledon.
Quote of the Day: "That last game will be the toughest game I'll play in my career. Ever." --Murray, on a game in which he lost his first three match points before putting the game away after the fourth deuce.
