WASHINGTON — A man was injured in what police are calling a hit-and-run in Silver Spring on Sunday night.
The Montgomery County police say a 31-year-old man was hit by a car shortly before 6 p.m. while he was walking near the McDonald’s along University Boulevard, near Colesville Road.
The police say the car that hit him is a newer-model Dodge Charger with blue sides and a gray top. It was last seen turning from University Boulevard and heading north on Colesville Road.
